EATI manual enters final development and testing phase!

EPRALIMA, the entity responsible for the pilot study of the project, collected the final impressions of the application of the methodological manual throughout the process of recognition, validation and certification of competencies. The target group of this pilot study is composed of 8 unemployed adults, in a situation of social exclusion or at risk of social exclusion without secondary schooling.

The functionality, usability and impact of this document was put under analysis and discussion, to the group of trainers and trainees, at separate times and in a confidential manner.

The opinions expressed were very positive, in fact respondents affirmed that the document is prepared with clear language and accessible to the understanding of adults and provides practical guidelines that enable an effective monitoring of both the adult himself and the professionals who accompany the whole process.

In short, the responses were in the direction of the methodological manual’s success.
