EATI project aims to develop more open and flexible approaches on recognition and validation of non-formal and informal learning. Over the last decades, unemployment has become a major issue in the European context.

Encouraging and helping adults in finding a job by validating or updating their knowledge and skills would mean to contribute to raise the level of employment.

The main objective of the project is to support adults by creating a methodology manual for the recognition of their non-formal and informal skills and competencies, to help them in the labour market in their own country or abroad.

In addition, the project wants to create a common working tool for all professionals involved in the process, as teachers, trainers, companies, institutions that seek to hire human resources, to be applied by itself or complemented by other tools that are more adapted to the needs of each entity.
